Miami-based Lennar Homes says it has purchased land in Matthews to develop the new 36-home Pleasant Ridge community. Last weekend, Lennar held the grand opening for its Ballanmoor community in south Charlotte. The event showcased the community’s new three-story, 4,300-square-foot model home, known as the Harrison.
