Miami-based Lennar Homes this week opened a model home at the Pleasant Ridge development in Matthews. The 36-home community will offer homes ranging from 3,500 to 4,300 square feet apiece and come with 0.5 to 0.75 of an acre. Prices start at $350,000.

Last weekend, Lennar held the grand opening for its Ballanmoor community in south Charlotte. The event showcased the community’s new three-story, 4,300-square-foot model home, known as the Harrison.
