Mecklenburg County wasn't the only county in the Charlotte area that conducted a property revaluation this year. Iredell County did, too. And just like in Mecklenburg County, plenty of property owners appealed their adjusted values.

The Iredell County Board of Commissioners last week approved Charlotte-based Crescent Resources’ request to relinquish zoning and subdivision jurisdiction for about 88 acres to the town of Mooresville.
