York County denies MorningStar’s $51M planned renovation of Heritage Tower 

Heritage Tower in Fort Mill, S.C., will remain unfinished for the time being. York County Council members voted down a plan to renovate the 21-story, 1980s-era skyscraper, citing, among other concerns, worries that the tower's owner hasn't done enough to make the building more stable.
