HUNTERSVILLE — JB Waddell Construction of Mint Hill is set to start next month a $1.4 million renovation project for the Harris Teeter store at the Northcross Shopping Center in Huntersville, at 9759 Sam Furr Road. Shortly after after Whole Foods opened its first Charlotte store, Harris Teeter had its own news. The chain announced that it would convert two area Lowes Foods locations to concept stores carrying cigars, specialty cheeses and a large variety of wine and beer.
