Goodrich Corp. to close Ohio facility

Goodrich to provide parts to Russian Helicopters

Goodrich Corp. said it has been selected by Russian Helicopters to provide parts for its Mi-34C1 helicopter. Charlotte-based Goodrich said it will provide the main rotor actuator and hydraulic power supply for the helicopters. Financial details about the deal were not disclosed. Goodrich completes $478M purchase of Microtecnica

Goodrich declares quarterly dividend
