Forsite closes on first phase of ReVenture Park property

Forsite Development today said it has bought a former textile mill in Gastonia. 1925 West Poplar St., a 211,000-square-foot building, has been leased to Wix Filters and Republic Textile Equipment Co., Charlotte-based Forsite said.
