Evolve Medical Associates moving to Parkview Building

CHARLOTTE — Evolve Medical Associates plans to move into 3,948 square feet at The Parkview Building, 5821 Fairview Road. The 124,000-square-foot building has a vacancy rate of about 22 percent, according to Joe Franco, vice president for the Charlotte office of Missouri-based Cassidy Turley, which handles leasing for the building.
