Grubb Properties blames recession, roadwork for slowing Elizabeth project 

2014 was supposed to be when Grubb Properties would wrap up its massive redevelopment of Elizabeth Avenue. But Todd Williams, vice president of acquisitions and investments for Grubb, says meeting that deadline hasn’t been easy.
