Construction on the new $31 million building for MSC Corp., which is establishing a co-headquarters in Davidson, should wrap up in July, according to a project manager for Charlotte-based Choate Construction, the general contractor.

Matthews Gateway, a more than 90,000-square-foot mixed-use development on the corner of Sam Newell Road and Matthews Township Parkway, will be completed by the end of the year, according to the developer.
