CHARLOTTE — Boston-based LPL Financial is spending more than $140,000 to renovate Coliseum Centre 5, a southwest Charlotte building in the Coliseum Centre office park. Charlotte-based Piedmont Properties and CBRE helped in Niagara Machine’s $765,000 purchase last month of a building at 1803 Associates Lane.
