Dormant South End apartment project blossoms 

Richard Longo has been waiting more than four years to see his company’s $18 million apartment project spring up out of South End. Longo, president of Huntersville-based Boykin Management Co., said the troubles that held up the apartment project known as 330 West Tremont are now far in the past.
