“When we first saw [the house], my mental checklist showed me all these things in the home that I said I’d never want,” Burnett said. “But as you can see, I bought all of that,” Burnett said with a laugh.

Brad and Melissa Taylor’s home in Weddington has a bathroom for every one of its four bedrooms and a unique plumbing feature to ensure they all get hot water. But after a last minute design change it almost didn’t have space for a dining room or foyer.
