Cogdell Spencer declares dividend

Charlotte-based Cogdell Spencer today said its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per common share. The dividend is payable July 20 to stockholders of record on June 24. The dividend covers the second quarter of 2011. Cogdell Spencer is a real estate investment trust that owns, develops, constructs and manages medical facilities.
