The City of Charlotte’s Land Development Division is requiring all commercial plans be submitted electronically, effective Jan. 1. This week, the National Association of Realtors was scheduled to release revised home sales data for the past five or so years. The association shocked lots of people when, this month, it announced that data going back to 2007 had overstated sales.
