Concord Mills mall is getting a big wet neighbor. On Wednesday, Merlin Entertainments Group, which operates the Sea Life aquarium brand, announced that in the spring of 2014, it will open a 30,000-square-foot, $10 million aquarium at the site of the defunct NASCAR SpeedPark site.
