Group buys Alaska’s tallest building (access required)

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — The tallest building in Alaska has a new owner. The Anchorage Daily News reports (http://is.gd/rLoLdH) a private partnership consisting of JL Properties, Washington Capital Management and Cook Inlet Region Inc. has purchased the ConocoPhillips office complex in downtown Anchorage.
