Stallings to hold public hearing (access required)

The town council approved proposed home elevations for about 70 homes in the 22-acre Chestnut Place II subdivision that is being developed by Reece Gibson. The subdivision, off Chestnut Lane, straddles the boundary between Stallings and Indian Trail. Home elevation approval was a required condition of the development’s conditional use permit.
