MYERS PARK – HM Properties is representing a new project in Myers Park called Kenwood Myers Park.Myers park IllustrationWEB

The new construction on a one-acre parcel in the heart of Myers Park at 2321 Selwyn Ave. near the corner of Queens Road West and Croydon Road is being developed by Jim Gross and will feature seven custom-built luxury homes. Each two-story town home features an open floor plan with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, 10-foot ceilings, second-floor laundry room, a two-car garage, a private court yard with a fireplace and a private elevator.

The square footage on the homes ranges from 3,000 to 3,350 and pre-construction pricing is between $1,125,000 and $1,350,000.

The exteriors of the homes will be virtually maintenance-free with precast concrete made to resemble limestone and copper gutters, black casement windows and ceramic tile roofing.

Broker Leslie Fisher with HM Properties is the listing agent on the property. Don Duffy is the project architect and Thomasson Construction will be the builder.

Gross is perhaps best known for building the Arlington on South Boulevard, also known as the Pink Building.
