CHARLOTTE – Mecklenburg County has issued five more permits, valued at $958,000, for work on the $20 million Cottages at Euclid townhomes, on Euclid Avenue in the South End neighborhood.
Each permit is valued at $191,600 and is for work on a new 5,100-square-foot townhome building, according to county records.
Euclid LLC, the developer on the project, in December was issued more than $1 million in permits for the project, which is around the same time construction started, according to Wendy Field, principal of the development company.
Field said that the town homes will sell for between $335,000 and $460,000, depending on square footage.
Charlotte-based T.H. Dorsett in the general contractor on the project, records show.
