A fitness center is moving into the Old Hickory Business Park in Indian Trail, and a metals company is expanding there.
Industrial Alloys Inc. has purchased about 7.27 acres of land in the park, with plans to build a 40,000-square-foot facility, including room to expand in the future.
Industrial Alloys has outgrown its existing facility in the business park, said Ken Chapman, of Charlotte-based Merrifield Patrick Vermillion, who represented the park’s owner, NJV Investments, LLC, in the sale. The new facility will allow for not only expansion, but also additional equipment and employees.
Industrial Alloys is a processor and distributor of carbon and stainless steel, aluminum and nickel alloy mill products.
Old Hickory’s new tenant, CrossFit Indian Trail, signed a lease for 13,900 square feet. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program focused on varied, high-intensity movement. CrossFit Indian Trail will be moving into 2021-B Van Buren Ave.
Old Hickory Business Park is a master planned business park of 225 acres built to accommodate small and medium-sized companies on Van Buren Avenue in Indian Trail.
NJV Investments, LLC, is the developer and owner of the business park. NJV Investments is an affiliate of Merrifield Patrick Vermillion, LLC.
