Renovation Report: Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse

When taking the space that used to house one restaurant and turning into another restaurant, the conversion is usually straightforward. Throw in some new kitchen equipment, add a bar, update the restrooms and, voila: a new restaurant. But the process is more involved than that for Mooresville-based general contractor Spectrum Building Co. as it renovates a former O'Charley's in Huntersville to get it ready for a Duckworth's Grill & Taphouse.
