HUNTERSVILLE -- A development firm wants to almost double the approved density of the final phase of a nearly built-out subdivision off Huntersville-Concord and Old Statesville roads. The request comes at a time when the town of Huntersville has demonstrated itself to be unfriendly to higher-density developments.
