ContraVest plans 250-unit uptown apartment complex
CHARLOTTE -- ContraVest, an Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based commercial-development company, is planning a 250-unit midrise apartment complex in uptown Charlotte, according to a ContraVest official familiar with the project.
