Shaub Construction gets contract for EpiCentre bar and restaurant |

CHARLOTTE – Nashville, Tenn.-based Shaub Construction Co. is scheduled to begin working within the next two weeks on a $486,258 upfit project to bring a Tin Roof bar and restaurant to the EpiCentre, Shaub project manager Jay Brassfield said.

Brassfield said the roughly 7,200-square-foot project will likely be finished in four months. Shaub is adding a new kitchen and coolers as part of the project in the uptown entertainment complex.

Brassfield said this is the 11th Tin Roof his company has built, but the EpiCentre location is the first in North Carolina.

Tin Roof has four locations in Tennessee, two in Kentucky, one in South Carolina, one in Alabama, one in Indiana and one in Ohio.
