Stream Realty Partners to expand into Charlotte

Stream Realty Partners, of Dallas, plans to expand later this month into the Charlotte and Washington, D.C., markets.
The commercial real estate firm said in an announcement that it manages or leases some 95 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space in four Texas metro areas; Atlanta; southern California and Denver, Colo.
