CHARLOTTE -- Some Charlotte-area homebuilders -- both those headquartered here and in other states and countries -- are starting off the new year with a bang by pulling numerous building permits.
As of Thursday morning, Mecklenburg County has issued the national production builder Pulte Home Corp. and Charlotte-based Oakmont Home Builders nine permits apiece so far ...
