SOUTHWEST CHARLOTTE -- D.R. Horton, of Fort Worth, Texas, is set to build four new homes in Berewick, the massive, 1,070-acre mixed-use development off Steele Creek Road and Interstate 485 near Lake Wylie.
Horton, one of the largest homebuilders nationally and in Charlotte, won building permits last week to construct the home, Mecklenburg County records show.
