MRK eyeing more space in Charlotte

Brett Krueger has his eye on the Queen City. As vice president of the Charlotte office of Miami Beach, Fla.- based commercial real estate firm MRK Investments, Krueger oversaw the company's $3.6 million investment in Uptown when it purchased the first floor of The Ivey's building at 127 N. Tryon St. in October.
