Kent Temple said he and his wife Pam are selling more homes than they did during the real estate boom years. But the prices aren't exactly the same as they were in 2006. However, when it came to selling this four-bedroom, 3 ½-bathroom home in Mooresville, the price was a high point for Temple, a broker with Keller Williams Mooresville.
