Push to aid startups seen as good for Charlotte’s real estate industry

Encouraging small, fast-growing upstarts in the Queen City would have positive consequences on its residential and commercial real estate sectors. That’s the takeaway for builders, developers and other industry officials from a City Council meeting Monday night, when council members voted unanimously to take the first step toward trying to make the city a magnet for entrepreneurs.
