Only 1 company expresses interest in Eastland Mall

Just because the company responded to the “Request for Expressions of Interest," that doesn’t mean it will be chosen by the city to play a role in the redevelopment of Eastland Mall, which the city bought this year to try and do something with the shuttered, languishing property.
