CHARLOTTE — Mecklenburg County’s Land Use and Environmental Services Agency and the Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition will host a development forum from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday.

The forum is expected to focus on:

• improving the county’s plan review process;

• enhancements to electronic plan management;

• permitting fees; and

• development bonds.

The meeting is expected to be held at the Hal Marshall Services Center, 700 N. Tryon St.
