Thanks to City Councilman David Howard’s absence from a council meeting Monday, a meeting at which the council was supposed to cast a final vote on the project, a decision on the proposal has been deferred until Nov. 26.
Charlotte developer Lincoln Harris wants to build the Walgreens, but some Dilworth residents have said they don’t want the project in their neighborhood.
