CHARLOTTE — Real estate data company CoreLogic has signed a lease for 30,032 square feet at 701 Forest Point Circle, a 31,035-square-foot building in Forest Park business park.
John Culbertson, a broker for Charlotte-based Cardinal Real Estate Partners, said CoreLogic signed the lease last week and will use the space as an operations center.
CoreLogic, based in Irvine, Calif., has become a source on which the media often rely for statistics on changes in U.S. home prices; the company, every month, releases the results of its home price index.
Culbertson represented the landlord, Charlotte-based Richardson Properties. There was no tenant representation. Culbertson declined to discuss lease terms, but advertising for the building lists the average rent at $10 per square foot.
