Maxine Kilkenny needed another chance to sell this Lake Norman home. Kilkenny, a broker with Lake Norman-based Lake Realty, first listed the more than 8,000-square-foot, two-story home in August 2010 for $3.39 million. "But that was in the midst of the economic crisis," Kilkenny said. "So we took it off the market in November 2010."
