Brawley Gateway office condos sell at auction for $273,000
MOORESVILLE - The three office condos that make up Brawley Gateway Center at 311 Williamson Road have been bought for $273,000.
That's according to Tom McMahon, broker-in-charge for the Charlotte office of Irvine, Calif.-based Sperry Van Ness, which represented the property in an auction Friday.
