CONCORD — Concord Mills mall is about to get two new tenants.
The mall, a top North Carolina tourist destination at 8111 Concord Mills Blvd., said a Men’s Warehouse outlet store will occupy 6,000 square feet, while Lids Locker Room will move into roughly 3,000 square feet.
The tenants are expected to move in within the next couple of months.
Lauren Horsley, spokeswoman with Florida-based public relations firm Bitner Goodman, which represents the mall, said that, in addition to the new stores, Concord Mills is undergoing renovations to its Banana Republic and Justice stores, projects expected to be completed in the fall.
Horsley was unable to give a specific completion date or costs for the Banana Republic and Justice renovations. She said they are both getting new flooring and new storefronts.
