MYERS PARK — A new restaurant is opening in the space once home to Providence Café.

Napa on Providence will lease 5,700 square feet at 110 Perrin Place, according to NAI Southern Real Estate, which was involved in the deal.

Plans call for the Mediterranean-style building to be renovated. Greg Lesniewski, of Stone Designs of Charlotte, is handling the remodeling project.

Roger Cobb, senior vice president for NAI, said the company represented the Napa owners Jeff and Paula Conway and worked with property owner McDonald Family No. 1 LLC in the lease negotiations.

Cobb declined to disclose terms of the deal.

The restaurant is scheduled to open in November.
