WAXHAW — Ohio-based M/I Homes said it has bought 67 lots and opened a model home in the Cureton neighborhood.
M/I is selling homes ranging from 3,300 to 4,656 square feet. All-brick, the homes feature four to seven bedrooms and cost from $337,990 and $457,090.
Mary Cook Associates, who worked with Donald Trump to design the model units for the Trump International and Tower in Chicago, designed the model home, the Biltmore, according to M/I.
The Biltmore features an upstairs study, a master suite with closet, a sitting area, a deck and a three-car garage with entry on the side.
