Pinnacle Point building sells for $1.17M

In a $1.17 million deal, Orion Real Estate Holdings has bought a 7,402-square-foot building in Pinnacle Point off Mallard Creek Church Road, said Chris Orr, a broker with Charlotte-based Romans Properties.
