Romans Properties brokers sale of retail condo

Charlotte-based Romans Properties said a 1,408-square-foot retail condo at 9010 Glenwater Drive has been sold. Chris Orr, a broker with Romans, represented the seller, Concord-based Octavian Development, in the deal, which occurred this month.
