The highest- and lowest-priced single-family home sales from Aug. 13 to Aug. 19
John McClave, the listing agent for last week's highest-priced single-family home sold in the Charlotte area, said he is thankful that Charlotte’s luxury-housing market is making a small comeback. But, he added, there’s no mad rush for such homes, either.
