Bissell names tenants for more than 11,000 square feet

The Bissell Cos. said it has leased a total of 11,320 square feet of space in two deals.
In June, Kimberly Clark agreed to lease 7,265 square feet in the Irby building, 11325 N. Community House Road. Jeff Harper, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Kimberly Clark.
In July, Silverhawk Capital Partners and JFM Capital agreed to lease 4,055 square feet in the Carnegie Ten building, 5605 Carnegie Blvd. Jim Thorp, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Silverhawk and JFM.
Kim Kendall, senior associate at Bissell, represented Bissell in the deals.
