CRCBR announces office building sales

Merrifield Patrick Vermillion and Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate have been involved in recent sales of Charlotte-area office buildings, according to the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.
The Carolinas chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America hired Merrifield to handle its sale of roughly 2.64 acres and three office buildings comprising nearly 40,000 square feet in Dilworth.
Bailey Patrick and Stephen Woodard, both of Merrifield, were the lead brokers in the AGC deal.
Percival McGuire represented KBA Holdings in its sale of a 10,500-square-foot office condo at 630-1 Davidson Gateway Drive in Cornelius to 11321 Business Center LLC, the owners of InSource Solutions.
Adam Farber and Bob Percival, both of Percival McGuire, represented KBA. Joe Jackson, of Metrolina Capital Advisors, represented InSource.
In a different deal, Joey Godbold, of Percival McGuire, represented Summit House in its sale of 10928 Bonnie Cove Lane to Hope Haven. The 4,849-square -foot, 10-room facility will serve as a women’s group home for Hope Haven.
