Law change could loosen BPO rules
Realtors want NC to be as flexible as other states

In 2009, the North Carolina Real Estate Commission ruled that real estate agents and brokers were prohibited from charging fees for BPOs unless they had an expectation that they would get the listing. But the rules may be loosened.
