The Bissell Cos. said it has leased a total of 12,884 square feet in Ballantyne Corporate Park and Sharon Station.
Bissell owns those properties.
In Ballantyne Corporate Park, where Bissell is headquartered, the company has leased 3,887 square feet in the Harris building to Strategic Market Alliance. Frank Alfero, of Allen Tate Co., represented Strategic, which signed a seven-year lease. Kim Kendall, of Bissell, represented Bissell. The building is at 13024 Ballantyne Corporate Place.
Also in Ballantyne Corporate Park, Bissell has leased 7,265 square feet for five years to Kimberly Clark in the Irby building, 11325 N. Community House Road. Jeff Harper, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Kimberly Clark. Kendall represented Bissell.
In the Sharon Station building, which is not in Ballantyne Corporate Park, CertusBank has signed a 15-year lease with Bissell for the entire building, which is 1,732 square feet and at 4515 Sharon Road. Kendall represented Bissell in the deal. Mark Decherd, of CBRE, represented CertusBank.
