Piedmont Properties, CBRE facilitated building sale
Charlotte-based Piedmont Properties and CBRE helped in Niagara Machine’s $765,000 purchase last month of a building at 1803 Associates Lane.
Niagara, a floor-polishing company, is relocating from space it had been leasing on Wilkinson Boulevard to the 20,708-square-foot building.
Lester Osborn and Scott Hensley, both of Piedmont Properties, represented Niagara. Bryan Crutcher, of CBRE, represented the seller.
