American Diabetes Association leases Midtown Centre space
The American Diabetes Association has signed a five-year lease for 1,850 square feet at Midtown Centre.
The lease was signed last month.
The 65,000-square-foot office building at 1300 Baxter Ave. has seen a lot of leasing activity in past four months, owner Roy Goode said. On Feb. 24, for example, Legacy Talent and Entertainment signed a four-year lease for 1,900 square feet at the office tower.
Joe Franco and Mike Kemmet, both of Cassidy Turley, represented Goode in the ADA deal.
Parker Melvin of CBRE represented the ADA.
