		<description>It looks like the Town of Waxhaw is having a Charette this coming week not as a requirement but rather as an input session to be better informed of what may or may not work in their efforts to develop Waxhaw, mostly pertaining to its downtown area.  Town members want to be competitive and inviting to businesses but want to be tactful and methodic (and well informed) in their approach.  As a broker working on commercial development, I see the issues and challenges firsthand that the developers have in getting sometimes simple projects through the red tape and yet as a resident of Waxhaw, I, too, want tasteful projects that enhance our small town.  There has to be a way of bringing these two together and making it work.</description>
